Short Term Disability:
Income protection for up to 60% of salary. Minimum
and maximum benefits determined on a group-by-group basis.
Lump sum cash benefits are payable up to $100,000 for heart
attack, stroke, cancer, renal failure, major organ transplants,
and life altering birth defects. Benefits are paid directly
to insured on top of and in addition to any other insurance
they may have. Certain underwriting conditions may apply.
