Term and Permanent Life Insurance:
Life insurance coverage for employee and family members provides added peace of mind. Both Term and Permanent coverages are available from $10,000 to $150,000. Life insurance benefits available to employees and their dependents.

Flexible plan designs to meet the needs of employer and employee. Both discount and group plans available.

Short Term Disability:
Income protection for up to 60% of salary. Minimum and maximum benefits determined on a group-by-group basis.

Critical Illness:
Lump sum cash benefits are payable up to $100,000 for heart attack, stroke, cancer, renal failure, major organ transplants, and life altering birth defects. Benefits are paid directly to insured on top of and in addition to any other insurance they may have. Certain underwriting conditions may apply.
